This is a sample proposal of services for a new client:
- Review your balance sheet and related statements of operations, retained earnings, and cash flows for the year.
- Prepare the U.S. corporate income tax return and the necessary state corporate income tax returns for the year.
- Prepare the owners' individual federal and state income tax returns for year
- Perform year-end tax planning to more accurately project any taxes due on coming deadlines.
- Prepare a report to management concerning areas where internal accounting controls can be improved or where management practices and systems can be altered to improve performance.
